- 2.The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser who bought the machine directly from us. After resale, the warranty responsibility lies with the reseller.
- 3.We are not liable for damages caused by failure to follow instructions, specifications, or conditions. This includes damages from unauthorized modifications to the unit's settings.
NOTE

- 3.It is recommended to operate at altitudes below 2000 meters.
Shipping Details
- 1. Production locations are adjusted according to customer requirements, and the product(s) will be shipped from Hong Kong.
- 2.Shipments for fully paid orders will be arranged on a first-paid, first-shipped basis.
- 3.Customers are responsible for any customs delays or returns caused by insufficient or improper documentation. We recommend preparing customs documentation in advance to avoid delays or costs.
- 2.After an order has been submitted, a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the ordered amount or change the ordered item(s) to different item(s) or different batch(es) will not be entertained by Letine.

Delivery Time
In Stock models will be shipped in 0-72 hours from Letine Hong Kong warehouse. Used and Second hand Miners will be shipped in 5-7 days.
All miners will be shipped by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS etc. Usually shipment takes 2-10 days to reach the destination to anywhere in the world from Hong Kong by express shipping. Please note that depending on your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our warehouse in mainland China, Hong Kong, etc.
Tracking Information Validation
We will provide you tracking number in 24-48 hours once goods has shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping and Delivery Dates
Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. We are not responsible for any delay from the manufacturer or production of the machines.
Additional Shipping Fee For Remote Area
Upon identification of your address as a remote area, an extra shipping fee will be added to your order. The additional fee is necessary to account for the increased expenses and logistical challenges involved in delivering to remote areas.
Customs and Import Duties
