Delivery Time

In Stock models will be shipped in 0-72 hours from Letine Hong Kong warehouse. Used and Second hand Miners will be shipped in 5-7 days.

All miners will be shipped by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS etc. Usually shipment takes 2-10 days to reach the destination to anywhere in the world from Hong Kong by express shipping. Please note that depending on your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent directly from our warehouse in mainland China, Hong Kong, etc.

Tracking Information Validation

We will provide you tracking number in 24-48 hours once goods has shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping and Delivery Dates

Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. We are not responsible for any delay from the manufacturer or production of the machines.

Additional Shipping Fee For Remote Area

Upon identification of your address as a remote area, an extra shipping fee will be added to your order. The additional fee is necessary to account for the increased expenses and logistical challenges involved in delivering to remote areas.

Customs and Import Duties

We help reduce your tax by making a lower invoice. However, customs clearance costs are borne by you.  Citizens should pay import duties to the customs according to law based on different customs policies of various countries and regions.  Please note that the tax is not collected by Letine but by local customs.

Inspection

When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages and machines,if have any problem,contact us at+e-mail Insurance is not included in the price of the machine. 

In the case that the customer has purchased insurance service, if the machine is lost, the insurance company will provide corresponding compensation service.
